Little Dragons

Ages 4 – 6 years old

Little Dragons Karate

Finding the right extracurricular activity for early childhood development is crucial. Many standard sports programmes struggle to keep 4- to 6-year-olds engaged because they demand attention spans that young children haven’t developed yet.

At Bristol School of Karate, our syllabus channels early energy into focused movement, respect, and confidence. We ensure your child develops social confidence and motor agility that carries directly into primary school.

  • Motor Control & Agility: Enhances balance and bilateral coordination aligned with paediatric fitness guidelines.

  • Active Listening: Encourages eye contact, prompt reaction to verbal commands, and patience.
  • Safety & Safeguarding: Certified instructors holding full enhanced DBS clearance and modern child safeguarding certifications.
  • Direct Pathway: Seamless graduation into our structured Junior Karate Programme.
